In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would be responsible for Work closely with Finance & BPO hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Continuously partner with business heads and hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies Source candidates using a variety of search methods & social media recruitment to build a robust candidate pipeline Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with GDPR compliance Take ownership & deliver better candidate experience by enriching candidate engagements & developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements Partner with ResOps team in following up with offer & vetting status Partner with Interview coordinators in following up on schedules Should be responsible for the complete life cycle of candidates through ATS (Application tracking system) with the support of Rec Admin Required: Strong end to end finance or BPO hiring experience Good knowledge of ATS EQ India Benefits Being a permanent member of the team at EQ you will be rewarded by our company benefits, these are just a few of what is on offer: 3 days of additional leaves on & above statutory requirement along with 2 days of voluntary leaves to pursue the CSR initiatives Business related certification expense reimbursement Comprehensive Medical Assurance coverage for dependents & Parents Cab transport for staff working in UK & US shift Accidental & Life cover 3 times of concerned CTC We are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
