The Opportunity

Gentrack India are currently hiring a Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA)

The role of the TAA is to work with the PX Lead and global resourcing advisors in partnering with the business to shape the growing organization in line with the global values and culture and to enable us to support our clients in transforming Utilities via Cleantech. This is a key role - you will represent the face for the business, a true salesperson that understands how to source the best talent and share the opportunities we have at Gentrack and attract the best talent.

The Specifics

Reporting into PX Lead, India, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering on a resourcing strategy for your region. You will work with the PX team, marketing, and leadership to scope innovative and impactful resourcing campaigns to help us secure talent globally.

The role is an end-to-end role, - we are a hands-on team, and a team player attitude as well as technical excellence will see you succeed.

You will have the full support of an excellent PX team to deliver against your regional goals and whilst no day is the same, we would expect you to provide expertise in the following:
  • Establishing and leading an "in house" recruitment desk - understanding and delivering against a resourcing strategy sourcing candidates and shortlisting for key roles across the region
  • Working with marketing to develop and promote the brand and secure roles using direct channels wherever possible, including but not exclusively, advertising, social media, LinkedIn, headhunting, referral schemes and job boards.
  • Liaise with Leaders to identify requirements, formulate JD with the support of PX Coordinator and guidance from PX Lead
  • Manage your metrics - tracking open roles, Time to Hire, analyze effectiveness of advertising campaigns and platforms used.
  • Coaching Managers in leading and closing their recruitment strategy effectively
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience; act as an advisor to candidates within the process, ensuring all receive a consistently excellent experience.
  • Working with the PX Coordinator to select candidates through stage 1 screening and coordinate any further review stages within the recruitment process
  • Management of the offer process including negotiations

  • Experience in Technology recruitment - predominately recruiting developers with Java or C# skills, followed by Hibernate, Spring or AWS
  • Strong people-orientation. Personable and professional with candidates, coach managers and support colleagues
  • Organized, creative, efficient and effective and great at problem solving
  • Strong record of recruitment delivery; able to manage multiple recruitment processes, prioritizing effectively with diversity and inclusion principles at the core
  • Up to date with resourcing techniques and channels specific to tech hiring to enable effective headhunting of passive candidates.
  • Desire to take ownership and lead on key projects engaging key stakeholders throughout
  • You're creative with new ideas - not applying the same list of rules that everyone else has been using for years - then you can action these ideas into tangible programmes and drive them into the business
  • You're highly collaborative and adaptable - no day is truly the same when you are operating in a high growth business
