Actively participate in discussion meetings with problem solving ability.

Process documentation and version tracking

Owning the timeliness and accuracy of the data entered into MediaTools

Proactively manage timelines and work independently

Data entry for additional reporting workstream, with ability to recommend areas for increased efficiency

Keeping the Head of Operations regularly informed of any issues

Job specific Knowledge & Skills
Fluent in MediaTools 6.0 functions and capabilities (set-up, flighting and reporting)

Experience and excellence in data entry

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in order to highlight issues that need to be resolved

Qualifications
Any graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management or relevant field would be preferred).

1-10 years experience in Data analysis / reporting
