Job Title: TA (Tech Hiring) Intern Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) department as a TA (Tech Hiring) Intern. This position is ideal for someone with 0 to 2 years/level experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, specifically in the area of tech hiring. As a TA (Tech Hiring) Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our organization, focusing on attracting and selecting top tech talent. Roles And Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for tech positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech hiring to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any degree with relevant experience. 0 to 2 years/level experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a focus on tech hiring. Strong interest and knowledge in the tech industry and its talent landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for talent acquisition. Candidates must be aware of any basic technical skills (Java, .net, Python) and the basic Boolean concept.
