A Process Control Domain (PCD) Systems engineer being part of the ITSO organization is required to be a deep technical expert in the support, configuration and periodic change/patching of Process Control Systems and their integration into the overall local network (called the Process Control Domain) They have mastery of skills in the configuration and maintenance of security controls that safeguard the process control layer The analyst should also be knowledgeable in the following concepts: IT Service Management and Integration Support, On-premise and Cloud Hosting, Business Change Management, Continuous Improvement, IT Architecture Information Risk Management and Assurance, and Collaboration Tools Qualification UG Qualification B.Tech/B.E - Computers PG Qualification Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization Doctorate Doctorate Not Required - None Desired Candidate Profile Educated to degree level, preferably in Information Technology A minimum of 3 - 5 years overall work experience Prior experience in an IT support environment supporting business applications Hands-on experience in VMware Virtualization and Windows Server environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with good analysis and problem-solving skills Good understanding of ITIL processes, incident, problem and change management Looking for an assuring candidate with long term association ( 4 year) commitment as we will invest effort & money to promote accelerated growth in the PCD team
