• Operating systems: Linux/Unix\xe2\x80\x93RHEL, Soalris10, Centos, Ubuntu, ESXI 6.7 & 7, Venter and Motion (Strong knowledge Required)
• Windows \xe2\x80\x93 Windows Server 2003, 2008,2012 & 2019.
• Storage Expertise on 3PAR and EMC.
• Knowledge on Store Once, Data Protector and Veeam Backup.
• Networking: OSI model, Subnetting, LAN, Switching & Routing Basics.
• Cloud: AWS (VPC, EC2, EBS, and Networking) is additional skill set.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge on ITIL process.

Advantage if RHCE 7 certified. Responsibilities:

• Installing & configuring the systems both hardware & software in OS and storage level.
• Configuring on brocade Switches and SAN configuration.
• Configuring Synergy 12000 Frames.
• Providing the support to production and R&D servers thought working day and capture the reports.
• Solving the problems related to Linux, Windows, VMware & Network segments on daily basis.
• Solving P1, P2 and P3 incidence related LINUX, Windows, VMWare and Storage (3Par, EMC VNX 5300) cum AWS Cloud.
• Performing the regular system health checks, backup critical systems & restoring information, track the reports in regular intervals.
• Applying patches and firmware updates to systems.
• Setting up user accounts & manage them as per policy.
• Implement OS hardening in all the environments.
• Monitoring the storage capabilities of servers.
• Provide technical information in easy-to-understand terms to client requests.
• Configuring HA, DRS Cluster in Vcenter
• Migrate P2V, V2V and V2C
• ESXI Security Updates and Upgrade.
• Implement change request, problem management and address service request in all the environments
• Monitoring Storeonce, Veeam and data protector backups and fix the configuration/backup issues.
• Preparing MOP\xe2\x80\x99s & maintain knowledge base for new & critical solutions.
• Implement and support servers and infrastructure services in AWS Cloud.
• Participate in architecture design and planning activities; develop measurements to meet the goals for maximum uptime, ease of scalability, and application/database efficiency.
