Job Description
Must have extensive working knowledge of the following:
- Fortinet Firewalls; be able to configure port forwarding and other tasks
- Vlans on network switches; be able to setup voip vlans etc
- Vmware ESXI
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Windows Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Windows Desktops
- FreePBX phone system
- Provide technical support for software issues users encounter. Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows operating systems, application software, and system management tool
- Respond to and resolve the helpdesk requests vis Chat, Email and Phone
- Willingness to work in night shift. 9AM-6PM EST Lunch 12:00-1:00PM EST
- Desktop imaging for business continuity planning
- Helpdesk ticketing system implementation
