We are seeking for a talented System Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide proactive and reactive support for production services, supporting all production systems running in ITS.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure implementation of new services and changes to existing services in the production/ development environments are in line with customer project plans and requests
• Delivery of pre-sales advice and consultation on technical architecture and production standards
• Provide 2nd level of support of systems running in ITS
• Provide Operations Acceptance activities in order to ensure accurate and timely release to production of new and/ or enhanced services.
• Maintain forward vision of server architecture and provision to ensure timely replacement of servers with due regard to financial and technology implications
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure supply of goods and equipment and support of services and products
• Ensure that the applications and their support is undertaken based on the IT Operational standards, are executed in line with the ITS Process and delivered within the requested timescales

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Experience with OS related programming preferable
• Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality
• Solid in information acquisition
• Solid in constructive challenge
• Solid in building and managing partnerships
• Solid in flexibility and stress management
• Good knowledge of requested technical area

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Security operations tasks, handling all type of incident, maintaining & support selected security hardening tools.
• There need to be operational support for the following newly deployed tools:

- Extended Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP)

- Security with features Application Device Controls (ADC)

- Host Intrusion Prevention Systems (HIPS), Memory Exploit Mitigation (MEM)

- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
