Job responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, networks, and associated hardware and software components. The selected candidate will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the support requirements and enhance the customer\'s experience. : Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, servers, and network cabling. Install and configure Server and HPE storage, basis connectivity and configuration. Updating the firmware and drivers with the latest. Windows Operating System installation and configuration. Install and configure VMware ESX hosts and Hyper-V servers with the standard configuration. Creating and managing virtual machines. Good hands-on experience in installing, configuring and managing Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and O365 online services. Set up and manage LAN and wide area networks (WANs) to ensure seamless connectivity. Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs. Administer servers, including installation, configuration, and regular updates of operating systems and software. Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and system utilities. Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement. Establish and enforce security policies, access controls, and best practices to protect the organization\'s data and resources. Provide technical support to end customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Generate regular reports on system and network performance and security. Be available for after-hours and on-call support to address critical system and network issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure team, network and security team for any urgent support required. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on system and network status and potential risks. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in similar IT support services. Proven experience in system and network administration, including hands-on experience with server and network technologies. Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux/Unix) and network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Industry certifications like CCNA, Microsoft MCITP etc.,
