Position Summary The primary objective for the Systems Specialist for Disaster Recovery is to coordinate, project manage and provide metrics across the breadth of the AutoZone Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes (IT Response). This role is responsible for developing and smoothing the meeting and activity schedules for the Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery (SCDR) team members. Additionally, the role is responsible for stewarding the program metrics data artifacts and repository, ensuring production of the weekly metrics, developing and issuing new metrics and insights as requested. This role acts as the primary administrative support arm for the SCDR team Manager. The successful candidate will develop, organize and communicate the necessary artifacts to enable the SCDR program to achieve and maintain its goal of having 100% of its assets covered by a tested recovery plan. The candidate will also participate in many of the team\xe2\x80\x99s activities, liaise with the leaders of other groups to help attain schedule alignment, help develop presentations and otherwise assist in the communications aspects of the program. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, project plans, spreadsheets and similar artifacts to plan and coordinate team activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, pivot tables and similar artifacts to assist in monitoring, managing and communicating program status.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Schedule and attend meetings with Application, Ecosystem and Platform teams to:
• Explain the steps in the Recovery/Response validation process.
• Capture the current state of the recovery response for those assets.
• Help to develop or oversee development of comprehensive Disaster Recovery plans and work instructions assembled from Application and Ecosystem level plans.
• Develop, coordinate, attend and help conduct Disaster Recovery testing and exercises/simulations, including DR plan walk-throughs, tabletop exercises, technical tests, and functional drills for both Disaster Recovery and Failover Exercises.
• Report consolidated results of tabletop and exercise outcomes and metrics against plan objectives.
• Partner with the Business Continuity team to understand enterprise risk profile and remediation.
• Help coordinate recovery efforts during a \xe2\x80\x98real\xe2\x80\x99 disaster scenario.
• Support development of Risk Assessments through partnerships with Internal Audit and Information Security

• Experience with Project Management tools and techniques including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum methods.
• Demonstrated experience with development and administration of project plans using all of the above techniques, including use of structured techniques such as forward and backward pass, re-baselining, creation and publishing of burn-down charts, etc..
• Experience with generation of dashboards and metrics from the project management tools and artifacts.
• Experience developing add-on reporting and artifacts using MS-Office tools including but not limited to Excel (including Pivot tables), MS-Access and similar tools.
• Experience with Application or System level recovery planning and execution
• Experience creating process flows, execution procedures and similar artifacts.
• Experience creating and following up on action items to help drive actions in a matrix organization
• Experience managing vendor contracts.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree Required (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field)
• Microsoft Office Suite, 0365, MS Project, Jira, Clarity or similar Enterprise project management tool.
• 7 years of experience in an Information Technology project or program manager
• Ability to plan, schedule and conduct meetings with IT and Business personnel.
• Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL processes, methodologies and practices.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
• Ability to read, write and interpret business and technical documents
• Ability to organize, multitask and work cross functionally with multiple IT and business partners
