Role

Supply chain Risk Management (SCRM) function in Juniper is a key part of our competitive advantage. We need your expertise to help us position ourselves for uninterrupted supply from our vendors to our customers. The Supply Chain Resiliency and Business Continuity Program Manager (BCPM) will be a critical function within our Supply Chain Operations team.
The BCPM will be leading an end-to-end Supply Chain Resiliency and Business Continuity Program. S/he will also be responsible to compile, analyze, automate and distribute actionable insights to support various SCRM initiatives. These insights include but are not limited to: tracking various risk-to-revenue factors and support their integration into a centralized risk management framework, developing business continuity plans (BCPs) for Juniper supply chain as well as enabling BCPs for manufacturing partner operations, supplier financial and operational risk reviews and a variety of other tasks related to managing and mitigating risk to Juniper supply chain.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular business reviews with key suppliers and own/present Juniper feedback on responsiveness, business continuity planning and health metrics
  • Plan and support Supply Chain Risk Assessment surveys for Juniper and our key partners
  • Support regular tabletop exercises, training drills and certifications for internal teams and designated individual roles
  • Review and approve supplier health metrics, business continuity and disaster recovery plans towards onboarding new suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and resolve supply disruption risks to the organization including but not limited to: compliance, security and sustainability risks
  • Collect, track, and evaluate operational risk metrics and key performance indicators across Juniper Supply Chain
  • Lead the development of a supply chain compliance roadmap in accordance with existing geo-political, industry and market environment to mitigate compliance risks
  • Collaborate across internal and partner teams to program manage execution of deliverables in terms of schedule, budget and resourcing.
  • Maintain awareness of trends and current events and inform stakeholders of potential risks
  • Data mining, analyses and presentations to executives as necessary
  • In partnership with our information providers, review and improve the event management activities including data completion, automation and metrics reporting
  • Develop process and cadence for regular data updates into our 3 rd party solution providers
  • Respond to customer questionnaires on Juniper\xe2\x80\x99s supply chain risk management program
Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans in a supply chain setting or in an outsourced manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with risk management standards and prevailing frameworks focused on supply chains
  • Overall ability to synthesize and simplify complex data and quantitative findings into meaningful business recommendations that drive financial and operational performance improvement
  • Go-getter who is able to cross organizational boundaries to get things done
  • Demonstrated cross-functional program management skills including project budgeting and resource allocation
  • Experience in analyzing, manipulating and visually presenting large sets of data and deriving actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to ensure data accuracy in reporting and to identify any discrepancies
  • Experience working with and maintaining databases and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, Tableau and others relevant to company processes
  • Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or related business and engineering disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans in a supply chain setting or in an outsourced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail and a high level of comfort in working with numbers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a continuously shifting environment.
  • Demonstrate self-driven initiative to identify process improvements and create and implement more efficient processes as needed
  • Able to automate and scale operations as required to support our growth
