To study the current MNS System & Processes and make it effective for Business Excellence
Job Responsibilities:
- Study the current MNS system processes and identify the gaps if any
- Introduction of Various new system for sales business growth
- Ensuring system support to network
- Monitoring of sales business plan
- Suggesting improvement areas in existing sales processes
- Ensuring adherence to MSIL policies, systems & processes like Implementing Sales Operation standards at dealership, SSI & DMS coordination, DPM & DBP implementation, conducting BSC audits implementation of DMS
- Monitoring Sales Growth, competition growth
- Preparation of Sales MIS, Sales Data Analytics and Claims related to business activity etc.
