JOB DESCRIPTION Interpreting P&ID and other project documentation to develop application software Implementation and testing of DCS system including - Graphics, Database, Logic, Interlock & sequence Participation in Hardware & Software FAT, Serial, Modbus, Profibus, OPC interface configuration & testing and developed SAT plan. Performed SAT at customer location Performed Loop checks at site Performed Start-up & Commissioning support Implemented Bus (Profibus/Fieldbus) interfaces Take full ownership of allocated work and direct subordinates Ready to travel on assignments at various world area locations Prepared Commissioning update reports for customer/internal/management Developed & Maintained commission progress & planning for reporting to higher authorities Performed System handover process to customer & service team Performed punch point clearance at site Expertise is commissioning large DCS systems with 3rd party Interfaces, Experience in commissioning 3rd party devices like Large Video Screen (LVS), Zone 1 HMIs , CCTVs, F&G System and ESD systems
