Implement Virtualization, MS Windows Domain, Azure IAAS, Office365, Security and backup services as per current best practice in the industry
Systems configuration, testing, and cutover is done to ensure delivered solution is scalable, secure, redundant, and reliable
Resolve incidents related to project activities as per Ticket SLA
Adhere to Incident and Change Management processes as per blueAPACHE/customer standards (ITIL Framework).
Ensure swift handover of project to bA/Customer's operations Team and provide high level training if required
Undergo Vendor Training or complete self-study to address skill gaps and attain certification as directed by business
Travel to customer sites for any project related work if required
The ideal candidate is an experienced Systems Engineer having worked within an IT&T System Integrator, Professional Consulting Services, Managed Services or similar organisation.
Experience specialising in Wintel, Office365/M365
Must have current MCSA (or equivalent) certification
Strong knowledge and industry experience across a range of systems technologies including vendors such as Microsoft/Azure, VMWare, Citrix and HP
