About The Job
We’re looking for IT System Engineer. This job is assigned and dismissed by Head of IT. The direct and reporting manager is Head of IT.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage the lifecycle of Windows services and servers
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting system and server errors
• Implement, maintain and administrator Microsoft enterprise technologies such as AD, Azure, O365, SharePoint, SQL, etc
• Managing the development and imaging of desktop images.
• Implement and champion best practice cyber security principles.
• Monitor and manage backups using industry standard tools.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting system and server errors.
• Suggesting new server technologies (i.e. cloud migration) and recommend industry good practices.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

• Active Directory Management
• SQL
• Azure
• Windows Management
• LAN/WAN: DHCP, DNS, Routing, TCP/IP stack, VLAN etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture (Security model, Group Policies, minor configuration change).
• Mail: good understanding in mail protocols (SMTP, POP3, IMAP/MAPI); Understanding of MS Exchange architecture (mailboxes, accounts, storages, minor configuration).
• Solid knowledge of Windows desktop administration.
• Willingness and ability to plan and perform tasks before the deadline.
• Ability to provide technical training to end users and other IT Stuff.
• Ambition to learn new systems, procedures, techniques in a short period of time.
• Ability to work independently or within an existing team of IT professionals.
• Initiative, self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.

• Experience in Mac administration, Mac HW and OS troubleshooting.
