Good troubleshooting Skills on Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016 \
Should have basic knowledge in Exchange PowerShell \
Knowledge on AD Specific to Exchange attribute would be needed \
Troubleshooting mail delivery and message tracking issue \
Performing Trending & Analysis from ticketing systems to determine chronic behavior with issues\\\\requests on 24/7 \
Should be able to handle issues independently, need to represent outage bridge and have to send IR issue updates \
Troubleshooting and Analyzing server related issues \
Minimum work Experience 6-8 years in Exchange \
Basic troubleshooting knowledge in Active sync, Good, IOS related issues. \
