General Duties And Responsibilities

• Managing, updating and distributing applications and software using JAMF to MAC users worldwide.
• Provide support to Global Service Desk & IT Client services worldwide on the services/solutions designed/offered to MAC users.
• Work with IT Team, Product team to gather requirements for Application packaging and follow Change Management processes for successful releases to MAC environment.
• Work with security team to ensure that desktop environment is secured.Ability to Deploy MS Intune Tenant and configuration as per customer needs
• Ability to configure Mobile Device Policy, Restriction, Enrollments, profile and policy and compliance configuration
• Ability to manage and configure Mobile devices and Application management solutions
• Intune Management of Windows 10
• Windows Device Enrollment
• Ability to deploy and publish company portal for Mobile application
• Ability to configure application protection policy
• Should have a fair knowledge of Azure AD / AAD Connect / GPO
• Ability to configure Azure AD / Hybrid AD Joined devices with MFA and Conditional access enabled
• Ability to understand Conditional Access Policy
• Fair knowledge of MFA and Cloud Identity Model
• Extensive knowledge of Windows AutoPilot
• DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.
• Must have experience on Incident Management tools like ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.

O365/Azure or AWS Cloud:

• Manage deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 Product components (Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Groups, etc.)
• Build and maintain automation to manage the cloud infrastructure and server instances
• Configure and monitor cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS (including VPC and network configuration, security and single sign-on, etc.)
• Working on Opensource is an added advantage.
