• Design and develop the locomotive level schematic concept and generate the locomotive schematics.
• Understanding of the locomotive circuit requirements and processes.
• Defining the interfacing drawings between inter and intra panels or sub systems across the Rolling stock.
• Preparing General Arrangement/Geometrical location/Layout drawings.
• Maintaining Design related documentation.
• Creating WRL (Wire running list) and BOM (Bill of Material) using script in E3S.
• Analysis of the design requests (Preventive or Corrective Action Requests, Engineering Change Notifications) and designing of solutions in consideration to the cost, technical, assembly and marketing implications.
• Design of the Electrical Control Panels using Electrical Software E3 Series 2009 (Schematic & Panel) will be an added advantage.
• Preparation of the Testing Layout for Production & Project Department.
• Preparation of the documentation as per the Quality procedure.
• Logic diagrams, Interconnection drawings for the Project Department
• Define Control Panel Testing Procedure, BOM, Wiring instructions for the Production Department
• Active Participation during Installation and commissioning of prototype vehicles.
• Knowledge on the handling Earthing concept and analog and communication cables along with power and control circuitry is must.
• Knowledge of using any Electrical schematic tools such as : E3, ELCAD or COMOS is must.

• Electrical Engineer with 5-8 years’ experience in Rolling stock industry; specifically in Locomotives, Metro, Trainset.
• Knowledge of using any Electrical schematic tools such as: E3, ELCAD or COMOS is must.
• Has already worked (preferably) with Railway Builders.
• Able to demonstrate management of engineering teams when applicable.
• Being agile, ability to prioritize and to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadline.
• Able to work in an international & multicultural environment within a matrix organization structure.
• Good written and spoken communication skills (in English).
