Key Responsibilities:Define and analyze system requirements, including functional, performance, and safety requirements. Devel op system architecture and design concepts to meet customer requirements. Conduct trade studies to evaluate different design optio ns and select the optimal solution. Develop system models and simulations to analyze system performance and validate design concep ts. Develop and maintain system documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and test plans. Work wit h cross-functional teams to develop and integrate system components, including hardware, software, and firmware. Perform system te sting and verification to ensure system performance and compliance with requirements. Identify and mitigate technical risks throug hout the system development lifecycle. Continuously improve systems engineering processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements: Bachelor-s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a rela ted field. Depending on the model, knowledge of tool application and fundamental functionalities Expertise in model development, update and validation covering multiple tool-sets as required Ability to write and execute platform validation test cases in com pliance with model definition and usage standards Knowledge & application of Airbus Documentation standards & processes to create/ modify/update document (e.g., SSD, SRD, SVCP, SVR SCD, MICD, case doc. etc..) Validate the written documents for compliance t o Airbus Standards, Technical Correctness, & ensure Quality Expertise in System Model deployment following proper Airbus officiali zation principles and procedures 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a proven track record of successfully deliver ing complex systems. Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices, including requirements management, syst em architecture, and system integration and testing. Experience with system modeling and simulation tools, such as MATLAB/Simulink, SysML, or UML. Experience with system testing and verification methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Should have can do attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications: Master-s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical enginee ring, or a related field. Experience in the aerospace, defense, or automotive industries. Familiarity with agile systems enginee ring methodologies. Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE). Familiarity with software development and programmin g languages. Familiarity with safety-critical systems and standards, such as DO-178C and DO-254.
