Job Type : Permanent Job Location : Shivaji Nagar, Pune Work Mode : Hybrid Shifts : General Responsibilities: Work closely with the business community to perform functional analysis for designing solutions of BI related projects Understand Supply chain & logistics problems from a business point of view and design BI solutions to the end users Understand options and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required Develop expertise with data collected and processed by the transportation management system (TMS), warehouse management system (WMS), and the labor management system (LMS) Develop medium level expertise in various BI technologies like SQL, Python Tableau, SSIS and should be able to explore other tools Develop and execute test plans to insure high quality system implementations Drive Projects and task and ensure timely & quality deliverables by following Agile process and other Industry best practices Deliver program requirements to developers and serve as the developer\'s point of contact for clarification and follow-up throughout the development process. Communicate with business stakeholders, developers and act as an intermediary between all Initiate new processes, identify opportunities in implementing new features and technologies Ensure delegation of tasks/projects, ensure project management standards are followed Work Experience: Min 5 years\' Experience of working as a Business analyst in a global outsourcing setup Basic Understanding of SDLC lifecycle processes and deliverables including: Requirements gathering, System & Data analysis, Software Design, Test planning and Execution. Basic Understanding of PL/SQL and Database management, Tableau/reporting tools concepts Good Math, Analytical and Logical skills Should be proficient with data analysis and should be able to comprehend & make sense of data Strong organization & leadership skills to own and get developed enhancements High learning agility.
