Introduction:
This is a Systrem Analyst Role with Barclays Partner Finance. The Purpose is to gather requirements in the form of Features and elicit them to User Stories discussing with Upstream BA and PO. The Role require frequent conversation with Product Owners and Scrum Teams to clarify requirements and clear any doubts during the Sprint phase. Should conduct Amigo Sessions with Team and Carry out Sprint Planning and Story Pointing. This Role also require technical understanding and do technical analysis/design analysis What will you be doing?

• Business and Technical Analysis of requirements and converting them to Features and User Stories and creating Functional documentation.
• Reviewing and Creating Business and Technical Flow.
• Work along with the Scrum Team to elicit requirements through discussion and Participations.
• Ownership of the Product Backlog
• Working alongside the developers and testers and reviewing the code and test cases for completeness of the requirement.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Business/System Analysis skills with practical exposure to both business process and technical requirements gathering. Knowledge on Technical Analysis of Code (Preferably .Net), working with Development Team.
• Good knowledge on Banking Domain
• Well versed on Agile methodology and processes
• Good communication skills and efficient stakeholder management

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Past experience of working within technology projects, supporting both enhancements to existing products/systems
• Good understanding of API architecture
• Techno Functional skills with design building capabilities
• Knowledge on code reverse engineering
