Job Description
EXO Edge is looking for an experienced System Administration to join our in-house Information Technology team.
In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
Primarily focused on:
- Troubleshooting Complex Shared Drive Access Permissions (Includes Nasuni share management & DFS)
- Distribution Lists (Automated lists)
- Vanity Domain Email Requests
- Troubleshooting miscellaneous O365 issues
Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:
- Provide Technical support for both hardware and software issues to end users
- Monitor the system on proactive basis and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patch management, firmware upgrades, software lifecycle management
- Align with other team members to ensure all components of IT services delivery are in sync.
- Present enhancement/upgradation plans keeping business requirements and industry trend changes into consideration.
- Review application logs and present reports in simple format.
- Create backup plans and ensure systems backup sets are available with data consistency at all the times.
- Manage and configure operation of client-based computer operating system.
Bringing in the below experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in an in-house IT team of a global organization
- B.Tech, BCA, B. Sc. Computer Science or relevant
- Relevant IT Industry Certificates
- Business Process Certification
Technically sound in:
- Understanding of ITIL Practices.
Based at:
- Mohali
