Daily support & administration for Desktop/Laptop,Server L1, O/S, Email System, and data Backup.
Vendor coordination for hardware failure and for software/App support
Responsible for providing end user IT assistance / day-to-day helpdesk operation either on desk or through remote & telephonic support
Installation & Trouble shooting Dell & HP Laptop & Desktop.
Installing, Updating and Troubleshooting OS (Windows 7 & and Server 2003)
Configure MS Outlook 2013 in an Exchange environment, mail Backup and Restore.
Troubleshooting Windows Application Microsoft Office, MacAfee/Symantec Antivirus Updates. Installation of Java and troubleshooting.
Managing Local Area Network, Managing Router, Switch and server room. Installing and troubleshooting data card (Reliance, Airtel etc.)
Connect mail through Exchange on mobile handset
Maintaining IP telephony and local servers and coordination with Bangalore Team.
Domain User reset password through Active Directory Users and Computers Desktop Client.
Application Support. (BAAN & AutoCAD DWG) Client level
Service Call Request/Incident logging in IT Service Management Suite
Issue of IT assets to users & managing of IT assets.
Meeting & Coordination with vendors for their services issues and AMC for mainly printers
Ticket should be logged in helpdesk tool provided and updated accordingly.
