Job Description

This role will be under Work Mandate 1: Hybrid - The employee will be required to be in our Bangalore office twice or thrice in a week.

Purpose:-

The creation of audio-visual high-quality content that solves learning problems through innovative communication impacting delivery partners, restaurant partners and customer experience.-

Areas of Responsibility & Indicative Activities:

- Design Impactful Content

- Understand the needs of the learning interventions and suggest appropriate strategies- color, mediums, formats etc and storyboard the same to get stakeholder as well as team buy-in.

- Proficient in executing content that intersects marketing, entertainment and education. Experience in one or more fields is a must.-

- Apply analysis and insights given by the Assistant Managers and Managers on learner requirements and incorporate that into their strategy.

- Skilled at communicating their impact and process in both textual format like emails and verbal discussions like presentations.

- Knowledge of LMS, content delivery mechanisms and impact measurement is an added advantage.

- Content Innovation

- Driven to learn and document new methods of creating content, and sharing that with their team members.

- Execute unique ways to regionalize content in various languages.

- Be able to think how to do more with less, and take initiative in developing new approaches.

- Desire to shoot photographs and videos live is a must.

- Inclination to learn new approaches/tools/thinking is a must.

- Build Asset Repository

- Maintain a repository for the existing design assets.

- Create a format and pathway where all the primary and secondary assets are maintained inside the base folders to access the asset repository.

- Support the Assistant Manager to maintain this repository as an accessible element

- Create and maintain a repository for all the design assets within a given deadline.

In essence, we are looking for someone who cares about telling stories for impact, capable of interpreting briefs, asking the right questions to clarify requirements and inclined to practice lifelong learning with the requisite technical skills for this role.

Technical Competencies:

- Mandatory skills: 2D Animation, Adobe Suite, Video editing, Visual Design

- Additional skills: Sound mixing, Multi-lingual- should be able to read and write in a language other than just English

Education Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in graphic design/visual
