For more information, explore the opportunities in IEC at our career page today Role Purpose Summary: As a Software Engineer Test Automation, you will join a dynamic team of software developers to participate in the specification, design, testing, maintenance and implementation of software for life sciences Mass spectrometry instruments and allied products. This software, and these instruments a make a real, positive and strong impact on the lives of people across the globe. Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Test Cases / Test scenarios/Automate testing for the software builds.
• Be part of software testing automation strategy and implementation of time efficient test solutions.
• Work with global software team members to ensure we design and deliver quality software.
• Work on implementing F.A.T protocols on high end Mass Spectrometry Instruments at our test labs.
• Provide accurate estimates to complete assigned tasks and complete software test with highest quality.
• Establishes and maintains thorough and accurate documentation of all work.

Candidate Educational & Professional Experience Requirement: Bachelors/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Testing desktop /cloud applications. Competency Requirements

• Good scripting skills with Java Script / Python / Lua - Java Script is essential.
• Hands on experience with Testing Suites like Test Complete/ Selenium - Test Complete Preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to review and evaluate code and writings of others.
• Test Automation tools (Selenium, UFT/QTP, VS Test Professional, Telerik)
• Exposure to development environments like GitHub, Version Control. DevOps etc.
• Experience in Testing of Desktop based Applications.
• Professional documentation of test results/ test setups etc.
