This role is a part of Global Supply Management-P2P Ops group within Global Services Group. Specifically, the position will be a critical part of the GCP Client Incentives team, responsible for the analysis, interpretation, profiling and secondary review of contractual terms and obligations in the Card Incentive System (CIS) within defined SLA. The position will be responsible for a thorough review of the contractual terms that American Express has with our corporate clients and processing payments as per the defined CTQs.
