A meticulous and organized individual seeking an Entry-level position in the field of Supply Chain.
Basic Skill of understanding customer requirements generating reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions in
the realm of fulfilling customer needs.
Innovative, creative, and willing to contribute ideas and learn new things
Key Responsibilities
Helping to transfer parts from one warehouse to another closer to a customer location needing the part for a tool .
Daily duties may include:
- Pulling customer Sales order reports
- Understanding stocking levels at warehouses.
- Making sure right transactions are created with right levels to ensure parts reach customers
- Overseeing the Fulfillment process
- Monitoring stock levels
- Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination
- Overseeing arrival of shipments
- Responding to stakeholders queries and directing them to right solutions
- Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met
- Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands.

- Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised
- Knowledge of geography
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use spreadsheets, databases and other IT programs
- Writing skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly
Good to Have
Data analytics, basic understanding on excel, macros & SQL is preferred.
Strong ability to handle complex projectsin the future
Education
Bachelor of Engineering or MBAin Operations/Supply chain.
