"Education – B.E (Mechanical) Experience – 3 to 6 years
A) Non-Technical Requirements:
? Good communication skills
? Willing to work in Night Shifts on rotation basis
? Good knowledge of MS office
B) 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V6 and CATIA V5 System Administration:
1) ENOVIA, database, web server installation and management
2) User, roles, license management in ENOVIA
3) Ability to troubleshoot various applications and system administration related issues
4) Good knowledge in PLM process, various centrals, CATIA V6 workbenches
5) Should be able to resolve issues and day to day delivery timeline by self
6) Effectively communicate with customer and understanding requirement
7) Interaction with customer for technical discussions and suggesting value additions
8) Coordinating with DS team for Customer Service Request (bugs)
9) Adhere to given SLA (Service Level Agreement) and keep customer satisfaction index high
10) 3DEXPERIENCE Integrations - CATIA V5, NX, Creo, etc.
Below skills are added Advantage -
1) CATIA V5 application - Part, Assembly, Drafting, Surfacing workbench knowledge necessary
2) CATIA V5 Administration - Software installation, license installation/configuration, customize environment setup, troubleshooting etc."
