Job Role: Support Analyst (Contractor)
Job Location: Remote/ Noida, India
POSITION SUMMARY:
Support Analysts provide support to end users with various technical issues. Their key responsibilities are responding to service tickets, diagnosing and solving complex situations, performing root cause analysis, and creating checklists for typical problem.
Role and Responsibility:
- Analyze and reproduce issues within the software platform as reported directly from partners and escalated via the service center
- Assess issue trends to identify and document systemic platform problems.
- Effectively manage expectations set with customers
- Communicate impact of users during incidents
- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of technical and user documentation
- Provide feedback to the team about knowledgebase article accuracy
- Collaborate with the team on short and long-term projects as assigned
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of software platform users
- Associates degree preferred; certifications and/or experience can also substitute
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Able to write basic automation scripts and/or utilize Excel to analyze data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: As per the experience and industry standards + Incentives
