• \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 6-9 yrs experience in at least 2-3 functions within SC planning from core industry \xe2\x80\x93 Demand/ supply/ MRP/ DRP; should be aware of end to end supply chain
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivated, self-starter, bringing a proactive, can-do attitude to delivery
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Shaping and leading delivery of data driven supply chain projects & transformation including experience enabling clients to understand and deliver better value from their data
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Significant and documented project experience involving Supply chain solution design, cost optimization and strategy design/ consultation
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable working in stimulating roles and experience working in agile delivery models. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be resilient and have a strong focus on speed and quality of execution
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to apply creative thinking and innovative methods to your clients\xe2\x80\x99 business needs to gain commitment and deliver outstanding work

Primary Skills

• In terms of Supply Chain Domain Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes from one or more of the following domain areas:
  • Demand and Supply Planning, supply chain operational analytics & insights, demand forecasting, inventory analysis, logistics & network assessments, manufacturing operation
  • You must possess a good understanding of business problems, knowledge of how technology/analytics can be applied to deliver business value in a supply chain, and must be capable of holding independent conversations with the clients
  • Should have people oriented mindset
• In terms of Analytics skills
  • Demonstrated thought-leadership for translating data into action and providing business insights Ability to demonstrate career experience in data mining, analytics, and visualisation

Secondary Skills

• Hands on experience with Demand and Supply Planning, Distribution and Material requirement planning supply chain operational analytics & insights, demand forecasting, inventory analysis.
