Supply Chain Planning Consultant/ Sr Consultant Employment | Immediate Role Description- Working closely with teams to analyse client operations, gather data, brainstorm potential options, and make choices about right supply chain models. Solving complex challenges and value addition to a business. Defining, Designing & Developing supply chain operating model and capabilities. Managing Risk related to supply chain, operational and financial performance Advising clients on strategies and capability creation to improve operations, enterprise -wide decision making, strengthening stakeholder management. Leading and mentoring a team on client facing projects. Working with Project team to understand and give solutions, identify an areas of improvement , preparation of business charts wrt to Digital Supply Chain Planning solutions given to client. Preference for candidates with Experience working with Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, OMP Enterprise Integrations, Supply chain analytics & Industry 4.0 Assist in smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements. Creating user journeys for stakeholders including assessing pain points, to-be process flows and screens/dashboards to aid in supply chain planning Involvement in Bussiness process Analysis or construction phase in order to write Functional specifications Facilitates/leads business diagnostics, process analysis and/or design workshops to help flush out as-is and desired to-be solution state and ultimately writes a solution design document to support business requirements. Assist in smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements. Contribute to deliver in faster go-lives using agile methodology. Expertise A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting and/or advisory client service Interest in digital supply chain solutions Functional/Industry Skill : MBA 3-5 years working experience in supply chain planning, operations, analytics.
