Operation/Execution Logistics Skills: . Rollout of transport management system, hand holding for operations stabilization . Consolidation and de-consolidation center management (daily calls and preparation) . First point of contact for customers (LKAM, Logistics Key Account Manager) . Operational management . LSP management - deviation, escalation, exception management . Transport order quality check and approval. . Daily freight optimization, load balancing LSP assignments . Transport order status management . Track and trace of the shipments . Transport data analysis and optimization . Claims management support . Emergency freight management . Data gathering for future analysis and improvement Projects. . RFQ mapping & involvement in tendering . Weekly/Monthly consolidated KPI reporting & required dashboards. . Savings potential analysis in distribution network and support implementation with internal customers . Drive digital transformation in Transportation and Warehousing . Lead all projects from identification till implementation while working with stakeholders across functions. . Lead time and supply chain cost reduction . Implement & optimize Bosch transport network. . Active contribution within tender phase with purchasing on IT topics. . Collaborate with different stakeholders (LSP, Purchasing, Plant, Supplier and Customer). . Transportation Data management Qualifications Proficiency in English, Hindi & Kannada Basic Skills : . Bachelor degree with 3-5 years of experience. . Data handling & analytical skill. . Basic logistic knowledge . Good communication skill. . Warehouse process understanding . Know how of Supply chain management Additional Information . Good knowledge in MS Office applications . Basic knowledge in MS Excel and data management tools (Power BI & Microsoft SQL) . SAP knowledge . Transport Management system
