• r Responsible for planning and operations for the South West regionr r
• r Manages inventory flow and ensure adherence to production schedules. Supervises shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking and packaging of material.r r
• r Ensures the department s cost-efficient operation by implementing and selecting the most cost-efficient carrier, negotiates on shipping rates, as appropriate, etc.r r
• r Prepares and analyzes inventory reports to identify slow-moving or surplus stock. Determines space requirements for storage, schedules delivery and distribution of parts and materialsr r
• r To achieve distribution objectives. Coordinates with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory carry costsr r
• r Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operation efficiency of the unit. Ensures the department meets all transportation laws.r r
• r Responsible for coordinating with 3PL for on-time customer deliveryr r

• r Minimum 8 years relevant Supply Chain Management experience in manufacturing, logistics, or planning/schedulingr r
• r Demonstrated capability to deal with various Supply Chain topics and high workloadr r
• r Participated effectively in complex supply chain projects, able to work cross-functionally, contributed to improving processes and performance, good oral and written communicationr r
• r Strong Analytical skillsr r
• r Adapting to Change -Readily adapts to change and motivates team to take responsibility for adapting to and executing changer r
• r Strong analytical and technical ability to problem solver r
