: Your Tasks: Conduct New Supplier Approvals as well as Supplier Readiness Activities (APQP) for software related suppliers. Perform ASPICE Assessments, Audits, Gap Analysis and control the resolving of findings from Assessments and Analysis Supplier performance monitoring and Lead Supplier Development Projects with identified Focus, Preventive and Strategic suppliers. Check software work product deliverables at Key Quality Gate Reviews. Perform PPAP approvals for Software related parts Perform Software Risk Management through various phases of product development. Support Non-Conformance Analysis by using Quality Tools as 8D, FTA, 5-Why, Fish-Bone Analysis. Provide support to business at supplier escalations EL2/EL3 cases for Software related parts Lead complaint management to support global business plants. Lead Product / Process, Process maturity audits, conduct short supplier assessments. Lead / support in executing APQP to ensure compliance of Process & Product to ZF requirements (eg QD83 .) and meeting Division / BU project goals. Lead / Support in trouble shooting technical issues during APQP / PPAP, Safe launch phase. Network with cross functional teams to resolve bottleneck issues for on-time delivery of parts. Coach Suppliers on ZF requirements, to facilitate submission of flawless APQP / PPAPs. Lead Product / Process, Process maturity audits, conduct short supplier assessments, lead short Supplier Development / improvement projects. Your Profile Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification. 4 - 10 years of experience in supplier development /supplier quality/ Manufacturing in Automotive Industries Several years of professional experience in Software Development required and significant experience with Software engineering processes like ASPICE required (ASPICE certification preferred) Knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO 9001, ISO26262, APQP/PPAP and FMEA preferred as well as ability to perform 8-D, 5-Why, Fishbone analysis, FTA. Knowledge of FMEA experience is a plus Familiar with agile methods and state of the art software development tools. Versatile / extensively practiced automotive APQP / PAPP requirements.
