Job Family Definition: Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities. Management Level Definition: Typically supervises lower-level supervisors and/or highly-skilled non-exempt individual contributors in single functional area. Responsible for the supervision of activities and resources needed to support the day-to-day efforts of the department and to achieve the business plan. Provides general supervision to lower level supervisors and direct supervision to highly-skilled non-exempt employees. Provides direction and expertise to departmental teams and participates in cross-department initiatives. Acts as a point of escalation for subordinate employees as well as supervisors. Does not require day-to-day supervision, and has the ability to handle most unique situations. May need advice in order to make decision on complex business issues. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
  • This person will be responsible to lead a team of 30-25 members. The candidate should possess good people management skills.
  • This person will handle a team that handles hardware order bookings, invoices, and customer queries, and will be responsible to drive KRA around Turn around time, Quality. Hence, the person should have an experience in Order Management, Supply chain, who have exposure to Order acceptance criteria, Order management lifecycle etc.,
  • Should be optimistic, a good team player, should be able to partner / collaborate with supporting functions.
  • Should possess good stake holder management skills, should have had exposure to handling customers/ stake holders from different geographies. Americas will be an advantage.
  • Will be responsible for People development, Succession planning. Should keep the team motivated and help them grow to the next level.
  • Should understand Organization dynamics, should be able to work under pressure with Month-end activities and tight sales / timelines.
  • Would prefer if the candidate has prior experience managing/ leading work transitions (virtually).
  • Should have flair towards continuous improvements, should be able to drive process improvements and initiatives.
  • Should be good at time management.
  • Should be able to work in the Night shift (6:30pm-3:30am) \xe2\x80\x93 non rotational.
What you need to bring:
  • BA/BS in related field

  • 8\xe2\x80\x9310 years with at least 3 years of people management experience
