Job Description

Responsible for production planning and execution of plan as per the defined schedule. Preparing and reviewing the instructions for the production according to written procedures. To manufacture the products as per the standard lay down in batch manufacturing record and in compliance with the current good manufacturing practices. Monitoring of complete production area for environmental condition, cleanliness, hygiene practices of personal's in manufacturing, and safety work. To ensure that the premises and equipment are maintained and recorded in respective areas. Making sure that new and when appropriate, modified facilities and equipment are qualified Making sure that all production deviations are reported and evaluated and that critical deviations are investigated and conclusions are recorded. Execution of the validation batches as per the approved protocol, at the time when there is change in manufacturing formula, change in critical parts of the equipment, change in process or new product. Making sure that validation protocols and reports are prepared and reviewed. Evaluation of proposed changes in product, process or equipment. Reviewing complete production batch records (BMR & BPR) and ensuring that batch records are completed, properly reconciled and signed. To communicate with the engineering department for any machine breakdown and resolve the problem in due period of time. To communicate with quality assurance department at any process stage, in order to deliver the quality product in accordance with GMP.
