Roles & Responsibility
Stocks health for WMS & SAP
? Review of Stock levels & corrections
? Review of Errors in the system & their rectification
? Space Optimization in GPC
? Perpetual Inventory Planning & execution
? Location related health check- up & clearance
?Training for Workmen for TPM
? Ensure implementation of management guidelines for TPM
? Daily capsule for workmen
? Blocked inventory MIS
? Inventory Execution MIS
? Others DWM MIS
? Inventory related devleopment
Skills and Capabilities
Analysis capabilities, Process knowledge,
WMS knowledge, SAP, Parts business know
