Job Description

Manager - Compensation & HR Analytics

Key Job Responsibilities :

- HR Management Systems

- Collaborate with Senior Director - HR to define and maintain comprehensive HR management systems

- High analytical capability to create HR dashboards - weekly, monthly and annually

- Ability to view data critically and identify action items as a corrective method to improve team/ company performance

- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. attendance, turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

- Identify opportunities for automation in HR processes and create the plan for execution

- In consultation with others on the project team, generate maps of HR data to illustrate the dynamics of the key HR issues

- Present resource allocation reports, and provide insights with clear actionable recommendations for business to work upon

Compensation & Benefits :

- Develop compensation and benefits plans

- Work with business to roll out annual compensation reviews

- Conduct market research on compensation structures in the market

- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees

- Draft job descriptions

- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs

- Should have handled sales & non sales incentives in product based organizations

Education, Experience and Skills :

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 8 to 10 years of human resource management experience.

- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)

- Demonstrated skills in data management

- Strong analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and solid communication skills.

- Proven ability to influence, convey complex ideas to others and critical attention to detail.

- Computer literacy in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

- Power BI , Tableau and data visualization techniques an added advantage
