We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong domain knowledge in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on TMS systems, specifically in the areas of order management, planning, fleet planning, billing, and settlement. In addition, expertise in integrating third-party systems with TMS will be a crucial requirement for this role. Experience: 12-15 Yrs. Work Location : Hyderabad Responsibilities: 1. Utilize your strong domain knowledge and expertise to lead the development and implementation of a robust Transportation Management System. 2. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing transportation processes, identify pain points, and recommend effective solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. 3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 4. Leverage your deep understanding of TMS systems to guide the design and development process, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards. 5. Develop detailed documentation, including system requirements, workflows, and user guides, to facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer. 6. Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all TMS-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to the development team throughout the software development life cycle. 7. Demonstrate your expertise in integrating third-party systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between various platforms. 8. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the TMS meets specified requirements and delivers accurate results. 9. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, actively seeking their input and feedback to continuously improve the TMS based on user needs and industry changes. 10. Stay updated on the latest trends, emerging technologies, and industry regulations related to transportation management systems, ensuring the TMS remains compliant and up-to-date. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications will be an added advantage. - You can take a call on this. 2. Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Transportation Management Systems, specifically in the areas of order management, planning, fleet planning, billing, and settlement. 3. Strong domain knowledge of the transportation industry, logistics operations, and supply chain management principles. 4. Track record of working on TMS systems, preferably having been involved in the development and implementation of similar projects. 5. Expertise in integrating third-party systems and APIs, with a solid understanding of data exchange protocols and formats. 6. Proficiency in system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions. 8. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. 10.
