Job Description

Job Core Responsibilities:

• Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas( UK, USA, Canada and Australia)(2-4 years)

• Advising students on application procedures, visa application
• Handling the registrations
• Applying to various universities/colleges overseas/Educational Partners
• Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.
• Check the documents in details for accuracy and authenticity
• High processing speed and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Meeting of process targets.
• Update progress of the applications to students on time to time
• Assisting clients in paying Tuition fees and checking that they are paid in a timely manner so that their offer is not lapse, and take steps to obtain the final offer letter, CAS and COE before the deadline, which are the documents required to apply for a visa.
• Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of students counselled and applications sent, overseas.
• Liaising with students, other offices, and client institutions
• Guide the students for pre-departure information
• Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up with the students
• Solving the student queries

Other

• Develop, implement, and manage a strategy to maximize international student recruitment.

• Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities, achieve given target, Identify new market etc.

• Speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings.

• Maximize student's enrolment to achieve financial goals established for the region by the management

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Career counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
• Counselling for Overseas: 4 years (Preferred)
