Job Title :senior student counsellor

Qualification ;Any Degree
Experience :1 to 3 yrs of Experience
Salary ;18K TO 20K (Negotiable for the right candidate)
:
Counsel students regarding the project, programs available and job opportunities.
Database calling and generating valid walk in’s
crutinizing & enrolling eligible candidates
To ensure maximum and effective utilization of database provided.
Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by company policy
Provide crisis intervention to students on difficult situations
Communicate with students & parents to ensure successful completion of program
Assist with marketing activities to promote the project
Perform related duties as assigned.
Representing company during fairs and events
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes
Skills required:
Good communication skills and should be able to converse well with students and parents
Organized and structured in work
Reliable and good at meeting deadlines
Ready to go the extra mile to assist students
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and preferably Excel
Good knowledge of using internet with ease and be able to research information.
