Organization Overview:

The Wealth Management Core Products & Services (CP&S) team partners with Operations, Technology, and Business leadership to take the best of what we do, within and across LOBs, and drive deliberate cross-pollination across AWM Operations teams, promoting global process consistency and standards. Focus on evolving the organization\'s capabilities to shift from low value add tasks to high value add tasks creating agile processes, teams and infrastructure that enable differentiated client experiences and outcomes.

Group Team Overview

The Strategy & Product Governance Team is responsible for Product Delivery, Strategy and Product Governance which includes collaboration and development of the priorities for CP&S, marketing & communication strategy (brand, website, communication channels), operating model deep dives, development of learning materials for the products & services, oversight of the AWM Operations & Utility Product Council, investment governance & reporting, management of the end-to-end product line/product delivery, operationalize adoption of the Product Operating Model, drive execution of the product roadmap, including dependency management and issue resolution, benefit realization and continuous planning for aligned product triads. Requires collaboration with a wide variety of senior management, product owners, service owners and tech leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversight & governance of the AWM Product Book of Work
• Provide beneficial, efficient communication solutions and a high level of responsiveness to leadership for executive requests related to presentation development and business analysis according to developed timelines as well as ad-hoc needs
• Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to the management team, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
• Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in emerging communication techniques
• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand priorities and deliveries and drive next steps
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for key communication channels; prepare, review and update visual and written content for consistency and strategic fit
• Develop and maintain relationships with leadership, Product Owners, Product Office and Technology partners across AWM

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area preferred
• Prior experience in Communications, COO or PMO role
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various senior stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
• Proven ability to manage tight delivery timelines and multiple demands to ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change
• Excellent leadership skills of programs, projects, teams and employees with demonstrated track record for attracting and retaining top talent
• Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
• Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups, driving the agenda and managing expectations
• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
