Job Description
Family Office Role with corporate strategy and governance experience M&A experience,financial modelling,taxation,audit Directly reports into Chairman of the company- Role will consist of ensuring participating, supporting and coordinating in board related matters Analyzing potential M&A opportunities (local and international) P&L review and analysis Market analysis for digital ecommerce businesses especially in the travel vertical Real estate investment analysis and real estate management Compliance with all local regulations, collaboration with professional partners in the legal, tax, and real estate fields, and ensuring Chairman\'s local work in India is completed to satisfaction Coordinating and front ending any requirements with local government agencies The Successful Applicant 5- 7 years of corporate experience (open to any location, but fine to travel if required) MBA from a premiere institute majoring in Finance Strong project management skills (PMP certification could be an added advantage) Ability to coordinate and collaborate with different teams/departments, including local government handling may be required Experience working with senior stakeholders of the company Family office, experience, financial modelling, valuations etc, is a must and only apply.
