STEM Facilitator / Coordinator (School Programmes) Location: Bangalore Dream School Foundation (DSF) www.dsfindia.org is an Indian non-profit organisation that works towards making the right to equity and quality in education a reality for the child. Position Summary: We are looking for passionate individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, and a penchant for working with children. He will manage our School Transformation program focussed on learning level enhancement, especially in STEM subjects and 21st-century skills. The job involves working with rural/semi-urban govt schools in and around Bangalore and other locations in Karnataka. Responsibilities: Manage and implement our School Transformation programs around Bangalore & other districts in Karnataka Implement and monitor our STEM education and other learning interventions in the schools Work closely with all stakeholders including govt authorities, teachers, students, target communities, donors, volunteers etc Ensure M&E of the programme and reports as per the requirement of the organisation Requirements: Preferably a Master\'s degree or Bachelor\'s degree in Science/Engineering/technical subjects Passion and experience working with children and adolescents. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Kannada Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of other graphic packages, project management would be an advantage.
