Job Title: Deputy Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Statutory Compliance for Upcoming Projects in India Preferred talents from Power / EPC Projects / Energy / Infra / Construction Sectors. Qualifications:

• Any Degree / MLM / PD Diploma in Labour Laws / MHRM / MBA / MSW \xe2\x80\x93 HR

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% compliance at project sites, which includes obtaining Statutory Licenses & Registration Certificates within the prescribed limit of applicable Acts and renewing them before expiry.
• Experience in compliance related to various Acts including BOCW, BOCW Cess, ISMW, CLRA, EPF, EC, ESI, PT, LWF, State & Central Minimum Wages, and handling grievances of contract workers.
• Ensure statutory obligations are met before engaging contract workers by the Contractor.
• Experience in handling grievances of contract workers and facilitating the licensing of contractors.
• Issue Temporary ID cum Gate passes and ensure proper entry of authorized contract workers inside the plant / project site.
• Conduct monthly checks on Statutory Compliance, oversee and maintain various registers required under Labour Laws (Muster roll, Register of wages, Register of deductions for damages, Register of fines, Register of advances, Register of overtime, etc.).
• Knowledge about auditing supplier documents, auditing contractors, and ensuring their compliance with labor and factory regulations.
• Verify contractors\' bills and submit them to the Accounting Department.
• Ensure Form V from the principal employer and oversee gate permits and work permits from all the contractors.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of labor laws, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills for grievance handling, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure statutory compliance within the designated project sites.
