Payroll Executive
Job Description
Coordinate for timely issuance of confirmation letters and other HR letters
r Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
r Processing of F&F of all exited employee and issue relieving letter / service certificates.
r Coordinate with the Vendor on Statutory Compliance
r Coordinate activities related to roll out of compensation and benefits strategy for the Company
r Timely payroll processing
r Ensure timely renewal of ID card
r Coordinating for monthly addition & deletion under medical insurance
r Compensation
r Offer generation
r MIS Reports
r Assisting the HR Head in compensation related research
r Responsible for maintaining the HR MIS.
r Responsible for updating & maintaining the Organization Structure & other related information
r Ensuring the statutory compliances of all aspects in co-ordination with External consultants.
