Job Description
: Job Responsibilities : 1. Governance of project rollout with respect to plan for circle 2. Ensure material availability at the respective storage locations for issuance to partner basis design 3. Training to the Jio Center (JC) and Jio Point (JP) Technical Engineers to keep them update with latest guidelines and best practices 4. Periodic audit to ensure as built updates are happening real time in systems for both rollout and fault maintenance 5. Support to JP technical Engineer in timely consumption posting and certification of partner bills 6. Ensure timely completion of material reconciliation for partners and timely release of payments 7. Ensure adherence of MTTR/ SLA/ KPI 8. Ensuring implementation of preventive and corrective actions where necessary based on outage analysis 9. Monitoring and governing effectiveness of Preventive Maintenance activities 10. Liaising with local authority/building owners etc Skills & Competencies : 1. Understanding of Access fiber network (FTTx) 2. Demonstrated Leadership qualities 3. Ability to govern and drive partner ecosystem 4. Strong organizational skills and experience with Excel and Word 5. Good knowledge of fiber network rollout and planning 6. Be conversant with platforms such as GIS, NE, SAP & FTTx design tool
