We create compelling experiences and transformational engagements blending technology, design, content, communications, and research. https://www.thehigherpitch.com/ Night Shift: 6:30 pm- 3:30 am (Monday to Friday) Location: Noida Experience: 3-6 years Please find below the roles and responsibilities: Research, Prospect and Generate leads for staffing requirements in the US Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts in North America, build rapport, provide company overview and technical information around IT staffing Use a variety of methods (cold call, social media, LinkedIn, direct mail) to generate leads and open new accounts by understanding clients\xe2\x80\x99 IT requirements \xe2\x80\x93 staffing and solutions Identify proper stakeholders, build, and then expand those relationships with clients Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques Timely updates of new leads in the CRM system and data for management reporting You will be a great fit if: 2+ years of experience required in US IT staffing / Sales in US technology market Have worked with international clients on night shifts. Ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demand Knowledge of the staffing industry and understanding of various technical roles and technologies Demonstrated ability to learn and use necessary technology quickly and adeptly Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Responsible self-starter and innovative-quick thinker A keen team player and have a good understanding of team dynamics Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9600,000.00 - 9800,000.00 per year Benefits:
