AIMLEAP is Hiring: Job Title: Greenfield Sales Lead Generation - USA IT Staffing
Experience: 3 to 10 years
Location: Work From Home/Bangalore
Salary: 8 Lacs to 15 Lacs INR PA + Sales Incentive
Work Time: 2 pm IST to 11 pm IST (To be flexi time)
No of positions: 2 Nos
Educational qualification: MBA/PGDM/Engineering

Notice Period: Immediate- 1 week Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Greenfield USA IT Staffing Sales Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our business in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience in Greenfield sales, with a proven track record of success in the US staffing industry or can have business development experience along with recruitment in US/Canada Market. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our business in the USA and Canada staffing market
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services
  • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the transition of leads to opportunities and closed deals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and management team
  • Manage and report on sales metrics and performance
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Greenfield sales in the USA and Canada staffing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the US staffing industry
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed
