GE Healthcare is looking for Staff Technical Project Manager who will be program leader for finance and treasury data ingestions. As a technical program leader, you will partner with functional leaders to deliver data ingestion programs which will enable analytical, especially in finance and treasury functions. As a technical program manager, you will work with architects and functional consultants to deliver data ingestion solutions. You will identify the resourcing and skill needs to deliver data ingestion projects. You will work with GE and vendor team leaders to fulfil these capabilities. As a management practitioner, you will plan and execute these projects. As a risk management practitioner, you will identify, mitigate and communicate risks associated with program delivery. Your contributions will ensure successful delivery of data for analytical capabilities for GE Healthcare data platforms. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world Responsibilities In this role you will, Drive end-to-end program management for the Data Ingestion initiatives, including project planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, and Data Science and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the initiative. Develop a deep understanding of the Data Ingestion process and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Define and track program metrics to measure success and communicate progress to stakeholders. Manage risks and dependencies, identify critical path activities, and work with teams to mitigate issues. Ensure quality and timely delivery of project milestones by managing project scope, budget, and resources. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Build and deliver automations that will improve ingestion development productivity. Progressively reduce the development effort and improvement the release quality. Identify ingestion system and process improvements using release quality metrics and implement them. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or \'STEM\' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8+ years of experience 5+ years of experience in Big Data, data warehouse, data analytics projects 3+ years Project management experience data ingestion projects using Extract, Transform/Load (ETL/ELT/Replication) tools like Informatica, HVR, AWS Appflow, Apache NiFi, Apache Spark etc Proven skills in managing and delivering large scale IT projects /releases using Agile development methodologies. Understanding of database architectures for storage and performance. Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for data ingestion systems. Understanding of logical and physical data models, big data storage architecture, data modelling methodologies, metadata management, master data management & data lineage techniques. Desired Characteristics Experience in Ingestion tools: HVR, AWS native services - S3, Glue, Lambda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, DMS RedShift. Experience in different types of ingestion patterns real-time, schedule, event driven etc Experience in finance and treasury functional areas is desired, but not mandatory.
